I'm very happy with their work. Platinum Wondows and Doors did a great job. They were friendly and professional. They did the 6 windows in one day and the door in a day. They replaced everything down to the brick. The only thing they did not do was paint the trim, but they did such a good job it was easy to paint. (Sorry I do not know how to rearrange the photos but I think it is very clear what is before and what was after🤣)

Dan from Platinum Windows and Doors is an amazing local business. We have been working with him for a few years on our century home which is a protected heritage landmark building so care needs to be taken on any kind of repairs, restorations and renovations. Every year we’ve been changing a handful of windows and these aren’t average windows and majority are very oversized and being a century home you never know what you’ll find when walls are opened, windows are replaced etc; we also need to be cautious of exterior brickwork and interior one of a kind trims and mouldings not to damage them. Dan is very fair, competitively priced, has a high standard for quality of workmanship and always delivers. He really does have a great eye to detail and all finishing touches and provides a lot of knowledge and even suggestions on what he feels may look and function better. He is also great at spotting repairs and helping us with overall maintenance ( example : touching up caulking around windows we have yet to change etc). We will continue to work with Dan for a few years on our remaining windows, a few of our doors at the back of the house which need to be replaced and any maintenance we may need for years to come. We highly recommend Platinum Windows and Doors. Lots of pictures to come!

We contacted Dan at Platinum Windows and Doors to replace our existing patio door. Dan guided us through the entire process and helped us to determine a totally new and beautifully redesigned solution that enhances our existing living space and the beautiful view of the surrounding mountains!

Dan and Mike worked extremely hard throughout the day to remove the existing door, install the new door (super solid and extremely heavy) into the open space. Plus caulked and reframed the door to prevent any water leaks and air drafts.

The door not only looks beautiful but works wonderfully (easily slides open/close) plus totally eliminated all outdoor noise which is greatly appreciated.

We should have done this long ago!!!!!
