They are a fantastic company to work with. We originally put our Downtown redevelopment project to tender and before we even awarded the job we had very positive impressions from Plan B Contractors. Fast forward and the initial development phase is now complete and we couldn't be happier. The communication, flexibility, and attention to detail means the vision we had for the project turned to reality. Peter, our site supervisor, was a very enjoyable person to work with. It was then only natural for us to continue working with Plan B for our Tenancy Improvement stage. We highly recommend Plan B Contractors for any type of commercial work.

I had Plan B renovate the basement suite for my son and I am so happy and impressed with the results. The quality of work and work ethic was outstanding! Kyle and Ryan were professional, punctual, and really good at communicating updates such as when there was an adjustment to the plan. Everyone that I met during this project were courteous, respectful and all around nice people.
If I had another renovation to do, my Plan A would be to call Plan B.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Plan B on our office renovation. We completely gutted and re-designed the first floor, and added a second floor to the building. The project has turned out beautifully and we couldn't be happier with the results. The project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget. Throughout the project, we had excellent communication with the project manager who was very responsive and sent out weekly update reports complete with pictures. The design team put together beautiful options for us to choose from. And the site supervisors and crew were friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Plan B to anyone!

Plan B renovated a commercial space for us. The place needed a lot work, and not only did the 'reno' turn out great, they completed the project ahead of schedule! They were aligned with our vision and budget, and gave suggestions on the renovations and where to cut costs.
They were very punctual, organized, and professional. Chris (the project manager) sent us weekly status updates of what was completed and what was left to be done. He organized all the subcontractors very well, and had group meetings when needed.
The entire team (and experience) was great. I would not hesitate to use them again!
