When we had a roof leak in June, the only company available and willing to come out to help us (literally within 30 minutes) was Pink Belts and Robyne.

While she was repairing the leak, she discovered much bigger problems that ultimately resulted in us needing a completely new roof. (Long story short -- we thought that since our shingles were still in good shape that the roof was in good shape. We were wrong. Get your roof inspected regularly!)

She saw that we were going to need a major repair and kindly did that initial emergency repair completely for free. We were impressed with her no-nonsense approach to her work. She was straightforward with us about the problems we were dealing with but we felt confident that she would take care of us. And she did!

The work was completed so quickly -- no waiting for months for someone to show up. We had the whole new roof (and eavestrough and insulation AND inspection) finished in a very respectable timeline.

I also very much appreciate that Robyne is easy to contact, answers her phone and texts, and always in a timely manner. I've found that many people in this and similar industries don't do that. And in particular, they don't want to talk with women about the work. Working with Robyne was definitely a pleasant change in this regard!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
We contacted Robyne & Pink Belts construction when we had issues with a bathroom renovation done by another company. I asked her to come in and let us know what it would take to fix the issues. Upon seeing the renovation and what was done she said the bathroom needed to be completely re-done. When the walls were opened up, we discovered more issues that if left could have caused severe problems for us. She sat down with me and explained what needed to be done not only for the renovation, but to deal with the other company. She assisted with mediating between us and the other company, and was able to get $15,000 back from them. I was beyond impressed with her no-nonsense approach. Her knowledge of the law, building requirements and proper procedures is incredible. She was able to guide us through the proper channels and worked to ensure we were not taken advantage of. Robyne went above and beyond expectations, I would HIGHLY recommend her to assist anyone that needs a mediator!

She did not pressure me at any time. Was prompt to provide me with estimates and asked for zero money from me until the jobs were done and inspections were provided earning my utmost gratitude to her and her TEAM. The work was done efficiently and quickly and the neighbours commented on how fast and great the roofs looked. Robyne is extremely understanding and very caring towards her customers, making me comfortable to ask questions that she answered in layman's terms that as a senior citizen I really, really appreciated.
