Kyle Martiniuk was the best home inspector we've had and this was our 4th property that we've purchased. Right from the start, he called me promptly within hours of me reaching out to him and I could tell right away that he was very knowledgeable and cared about his work.

He suggested that I shadow him throughout the inspection if I'd like to learn more, which I appreciated. He was very kind and patient throughout the inspection and spent the full 3-hour inspection giving me tons of valuable information and actionable advice. At the end, he went through everything again so that my wife was also up-to-speed on everything.

In my experience, it's rare to walk away from a home inspection not feeling overwhelmed but this was the first inspection where I felt like I had all the knowledge I needed to be prepared. Our real estate agent also mentioned that Kyle was one of the best inspectors he's worked with. Can't recommend him enough!
