We hired Phoenix Custom Decks and Contracting to add a small platform deck below our existing upper deck. From the start, Phoenix came up with creative ideas we hadn’t even considered, and his suggestions really improved the overall design.

The project took just two days, and they worked diligently the entire time—barely taking any breaks. The end result far exceeded our expectations. The quality of the craftsmanship is evident in every detail.

It has taken me a little while to sit down and write a review for Phoenix Decks, just because we have been enjoying our new deck and this lovely, fall weather we have had the past month or so. We lived with a 10year old deck that was just not giving us enough space, so we decided upon, extending it. We saw the Phoenix billboard and their truck around our neighbourhood, and so we thought we would give them a call and get an estimate. Phoenix, responded to our request immediately and set up a time to drop by. From our initial first visit, we had a design, and an estimate that 100% fit our budget. We had to wait just a little bit, but let me just say, when they finished our deck extension, in 3 days, it was nothing short of AMAZING !!! There are no words to describe, how beautiful our new deck is, and the workmanship is outstanding !! We are over-the-moon pleased with this company.
