Spoke to the owner regarding considerations for a hot tub placed on an existing deck. He was extremely pleasant, engaged, and honest when covering all options associated with requirements, pricing, and “what he would do”….very refreshing to deal with someone who is looking after the consumer, and not their own pocket book. 🙏

I wanted to have a third party inspection for a house that was built. The engineer informed me that the township would have already had an engineer review the site so an inspection would not be necessary. He could have easily charged me to do an inspection so I really appreciated the honesty.
