We had listed with 2 other brokerages in the time the unit was for sale and the Peryle Keye team far surpassed any expectations we had. My only regret is not listing with them sooner.

I am writing this review with a heavy heart after the absolutely devastating experience we had with Peryle Keye. What started as an exciting journey to find our forever home, turned into a nightmare due to their misleading practices and lack of integrity.

Throughout the process, Hana seemed competent and reassuring, however, as we began our preparation for the listing of our home after signing a purchase agreement on the home that we had found (not Peryle Keye), things started to unravel. Despite our open communication with Hana, we discovered at the eleventh hour that they decided to leave us in the dark and push for us to source another agent. Still haven’t received reasons why from Hana or Melissa even though we had reached out repeatedly by phone, text and email…

Their lack of transparency and professionalism cost us not only time and money but also the chance to own the home we had envisioned for our family. We are devastated and feel completely betrayed by someone who should have had our best interests in mind.

I strongly advise anyone considering working with this group to think twice. Find a realtor who is honest, reliable, and genuinely cares about helping you find your perfect home and or listing of your home, not one who will pull the rug out from under you when it matters most.
