A quiet and clean complex offering affordable units with in suite laundry and balconies in sought after Cold Lake North. I'm the Property Manager so I may be biased but if you need an affordable rental without the tassels of snow removal or lawn care, these units are fantastic!

A like would be when you go somewhere and u feel good about what you're seeing .. pelican point .,is a three way intersection . nearly build. . and it's quite.clean ,, convenient . . There's a clinict at this corner and in this clinic has a pharmacy . where people get Meds .Also u can walk 100 feet and here is the hospital. .This corner in the future ,,,,maybe ten years ..As it sits,,, not far from the corner ,,also has three condominiums . Again . clean,, quite .well kept up . ... summer this would be a. Attractive intersection .. WHAT A REVUE LOL
