Only thing I regret about renting here is the smokers that use the benches out front of entrance; smoke floats up to units nearby; it is unpleasant odour early morning or late at night if windows open for air; also cigarette butts are flicked into parking lot or flowerbeds. It’s non smoking inside units yet the smokers think just outside the building is acceptable

I'm loving life here! I actually just switched to a different unit, but I've been a resident for a year now, and it's been an amazing experience - super peaceful and my neighbors are fantastic!

I dont live there but Id like to say that they should be making these more affordable for people. Instead of charging 1800 plus. No one can afford that. Shame on them for making people pay for their mortgage. Rent control should be in place here

Been living here now for 2 months. Up until 3 weeks ago all was great. New neighbors now next door. Lots of junk on the balcony and bad smell of cat urine. Also very strong smell of cleaning chemicals coming from this apartment. A/C stopped working as of yesterday still no updates on when it will be repaired. This weekend is forecasted to be very hot and without A/C should be interesting. It has now been more than 4 weeks since my review. No one has contacted me about my concerns. HVAC tech came in banged the AC blower motor to get it to start. Then told me I must leave it running 24/7 not acceptable. Property management on site do not care nor do they do any work all day!!. This by far has been the worst place I have ever lived in. In you want to feel like you are living in a prison setting then rent here!!!!!

Comfortable and enjoyed living at Pelham skyline living. Lived there for 13 months and the staff were very helpful.
We would have liked designated parking spaces. Also, each space cost $30 per month on top of the rent, which should be included in the rent

Building is nice, decent amenities. If you choose street side it can get pretty loud with lots of motorcyclists and trucks in the community, but great view of sunset. No assigned parking spots. A 35-page lease. Regular fire alarm testing and inspections are a slight nuisance. Love the in-suite laundry but miss being closer to better shopping amenities. Staff are ok, depending on the day and how stressed they are. Common room can’t be reserved on holidays (for fairness). Hydro uses tiered rates, so can end up paying more regardless of time of day usage (~$90/month). Cell phone signal near zero, with plenty of dead spots. Very safe neighbourhood overall.
