Very professional team! Sam listened carefully to my needs for new windows and provided me with options from which to chose. Peak's workers were ponctual, respectful, clean and tidy, and did and an excellent job! Billing was transparent. Communications were great. Overall I am very happy with their service and I would definitely recommend them!

We used Peak Construction to replace 3 windows in our home.
Sorry but I can’t recommend a company where a site visit is performed, thereafter a written quote is provided, and on delivery the cost increases by 35%. We were quoted $7000 for 3 windows and ended up paying $10,470.00.Workmanship was ok, however one of the windows arrived damaged (for which we were charged for touch up paint), and one of the crew damaged the interior of same window during installation. Communication during the process sadly lacking.

PEAK ordered and installed all of our new windows and did a great job! Timely and professional and they even went out of their way to help us with some grant money. Sam was always available to answer my dozens of questions and requests.
They worked fast and did an outstanding job. High quality workmanship and a quality team that we will hopefully be using for future projects.

We had originally been burned by another builder and in a panic to find solutions and fix mistakes, Peak was the only company who took the challenge on. They did so in the most professional manner.

As we continued our other projects, we hired them to work on a variety of projects such as a trailer, old motel complex, as well as our apartment building. From Roofing to concrete work they have always been fast and efficient with each employee being competent in their work.

Sam and Miles are great with their pricing as they are not afraid to be transparent with how they get to their quote. This, in our experience has been rare. I am thankful to have met the team at our one job as they have now become our Go-to people for all of our renovations, builds and now snow removal.
