Very happy with the work these guys did for us. Communications with the office lady were not so great at first as she couldn't/wouldn't answer questions about specs, and emails were not always returned, however once the owner and his crew got started a few months later, they were excellent. The work was completed exactly as requested and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. It's unfortunate they don't offer concrete sealing as it's definitely recommended for exposed aggregate. Pictures below shows the driveway before sealing but it looks even better now that it's sealed.

PCI Pro Contractors did an unbelievable job at our home. They Removed a cracked/leaning concrete pad we had and poured an entirely fresh engineered concrete pad for a garage I'm building, also a pad that connects the garage pad to my driveway. John was on site with his crew each day they were here. Everyone is very professional and their skill level with concrete is unmatched. They use all of their own equipment on site. I will forever choose PCI Pro Contractors for all of my future concrete needs and recommend them to everyone I know that needs concrete work. You will NOT be disappointed in the slightest. I am over the top on how incredible of a job they did start to finish. Thank you so much for everything once again PCI!

I contacted PCI for a quote for my driveway and my wife and I had an idea of what we wanted but when we met with Danny the sales man he was so professional and understanding and he explained the whole process for us showed us examples different finishes colours he was great he helped us make up our minds that's for sure.

He needed a small deposit and assured us we would have our driveway by summers end. The wait was a bit long but I guess when you go with a company that is this busy that must say a thing or two about the service you will receive phenomenal to say the least.

We were contacted they would be there the following morning to prep the area the day after the cement was poured and stampped a day later cut and washed impeccable workmanship and the crew were all great kind and courtious. Understood and worked with the difficulties of a new busy sub division. All in all a great experience and service the end product speaks for itself we are so excited for out new driveway thank you so much.

This company has been horrible. We signed a contract with them with a promise from their sales person that our driveway would be in by end of May/beginning of June. It was delayed until end of July for unknown reasons.
We also asked for a black driveway and got a grey driveway. The sales person wouldn't provide colour samples when we signed the contract, and assured us that the office would provide them when they called to schedule the work. They didn't, so we picked a basic colour- BLACK. When they arrived to pour, they added additional water to the concrete which seems to have diluted the colour and we now have a grey driveway. They admitted it wasn't the correct colour, but are now ignoring our calls. They've been paid in full and do not stand behind their work. Would not recommend their services- save yourself the issues and headaches.

John and his Team paid attention to great detail in doing our driveway, walkway, stairs and porch. They were always early on scheduled days and worked non stop until that day's planned work was completed to perfection. Kelly provided us with up to date status and activity. We are extremely happy with the final result. We highly recommend John and his Team at PCI for concrete work that you may need completed. The finished product was such a difference from the original asphalt that we had people stop to ask about the work. Yesterday, we had someone stop and take pictures.....a huge compliment to the appearance and quality of the work. Thanks again guys for improving the appearance of our house.

They did a great job on our driveway. Everyone in the crew was very nice. They worked with us to ensure that our dogs didn’t get out of the yard while they were working.
