I had an extremely disappointing experience with PCI Group. After being lured in by their reassignment deals, which sounded too good to be true, I quickly realized they were just that. The workforce management was a disaster, and despite fulfilling my contract on time, I’ve been waiting for final approval for over three months now. They sold out the full project in just two weeks, but since then, their customer service has been non-existent. They don’t seem to care about their customers at all. I strongly advise avoiding PCI Group at all costs. Their promises mean nothing, and their follow-through is abysmal.

Could do less than one star.
I will never buy another property with PCI ever. They are just good in sales that's it. Don't expect any service from them. Even if it's under warranty. They will brush off everything for one year and they say sorry it is not covered now.
Their warranty is just that you can fund the property. It doesn't mean anything.

I would not buy into Marine Gateway if my life depended on it. These guys appoint their own subsidiary as the strata management company. PCI appoints Warrington PCI.

The strata management company is responsible to enforce the warranty and ensure the builders fix their warranty deficiences.

PCI is in a total conflict of interest. Can you believe this sham?

Take them more a 8 month for a payment cheque yet in the end didn’t make a payment . Don’t waste money on hiring this company
