Tommy and I had been looking for quite awhile (over 1 year) for our dream country retreat. We found it on December 30th, messaged Jay late in the evening and he responded right away saying he would set the walk through up for December 31st. He left his family on holidays to do the showing, we fell in love and Jay came straight to our home to let us know what it needed to sell fast. I was very skeptical and down right nervous with the whole process as everything moved so fast. It was very hard for me to put my complete faith in someone but I did. We did everything he asked and followed his recommendations. Within 7 days the video crew came through and our house was listed the next day. We had over 50 ppl through our house that week and it was sold by the Friday of the same week (before our first open house).
