Hands down one of the best company's that I have ever dealt with!

I was in a predicament with water coming into my basement wall and having to leave for my night shift. This was discovered after business hours. So I called the 24/7 number. I spoke with Kevin and he was on top of everything setting me up with a emergency response call. Within a hour I had the project manager Jen stop by and did a very thorough investigation with the thermal gun, she checked multiple rooms and also found other problems on top of what they were there for. While I was at work they had a application via text and it brought up the job which I could view everything they were doing via pictures. Right away they called me and suggested everything that they found that could fix the situation.

Defiantly one of the best company's I have ever delt with. Very professional and personable

The staff were knowledgeable, transparent, professional, and provided me with in depth information about the process. They went above and beyond to help me move things, accommodate my ever changing schedule, and did the cleaning thoroughly. I have never experienced such a proffessional and honest company. I had work done and they did an excellent job. Kevin was my first point of contact. He was amazing, he got on things right away. Project manager Daria was orchestrating everything, communication was 100 percent. Daria went above and beyond for me. There was another emergency that happened when the work she had done was pretty much complete. Daria mad sure someine was out there fixing the problem immediately. Kyle one of the workers was on top of his game. Everything was done perfectly. I can NOT say enough about this company. Extreemly thorough, and care went into everything they did. They were fast to show up and get "started" but in reality just seemed they were looking for a quick paycheck 🤔... we decided not to go through insurance and they sent us a bill that was astoundingly large for throwing air dryers in our basement and essentially walking away... communication was not timely and they had to be told to place dryers in the proper locations, never moved contents out from walls. I had to do it and ask for help. Felt pressured to sign a paper saying I was satisfied when the only thing they did was dry out the basement after a flood. We had to clean up all the water ourselves and waited over a week for dry cleaning to be returned. Another wild charge. Would not recommend the company at all.
