Excellent service from Paul Davis London Ontario. From the moment we contacted this company for help with our basement flood, they where on the job immediately with drying fans etc. The restoration work which was done by a team STEVE and JOHN was exceptional and we will be forever grateful for their sympathetic and understanding service. ZERO STARS IF I COULD GIVE THEM!
These jokers charged me $263 to give me an estimate!!
This was not disclosed up front, and wasnt mentioned when I actually got the estimate. Two and a half months later they sent an invoice!
Their “estimate and inspection” involved their ‘Senior Project Manager’ standing on a ladder and sticking his head in the attic for less than 2 minutes, not even going in to the attic.
No contractor has EVER charged me for an estimate!
Shady business practices. Think carefully before you use Paul Davis!

I want to take a moment and just say Thank you to the Paul Davis London team, after our house fire last October they came in and did an amazing job with the restoration and rebuild, we had some bumps along the way but they did everything on their end to fix any issues that popped up, we are super happy with the results and very thankful to be back home …… If I am ever in a situation where I need a restoration company again ( which I hope I have have to go through this again) I would definitely choose Paul Davis London

I had a tough oil spill in my storage locker over night. It was a restoration paint which hardens like rock. The guys at Paul Davis took this off my plate and got every bit of it up and out, and did it without a water source on the premise. Only what they had in the truck. Great job and thanks for giving me that peace of mind.

We were so very pleased with the work that was completed by Paul Davis London. We had snow and ice damage to our eavestroughs. Paul Davis London (specifically Caleb) was on scene immediately, surveyed the damage and sent in the report to our insurance company. All repairs were authorized and Paul Davis London was at our home on the first nice day we had, to complete the repairs. They did a phenomenal job, were very professional, cleaned up everything afterwards and were genuinely nice young gentlemen that came to do the work. We were very, very satisfied with everything and would definitely recommend this company for any of your needs
