My mother's condo unit had water damage from an above space.

I contacted my insurance who then pointed me to Paul Davis team.

Justin and team were fast, professional, collaborative and honest from the start. Justin quickly went onsite to assess the issue and then had his team within a day doing the tear down and resolving the problem.

It was the easiest and most efficient resolution I have had with an outside team that required a coordinated effort with insurance, property mgmt and outdated flooring.

In the end, we are very satisfied with the results and would recommend Justin and Paul Davis and team.

Terrible experience with from Paul Davis and it's the last time I'll get serviced by them. The project manager I received was very incompetent. It would literally take weeks for him to return calls or emails, he'd forget to send his paperwork to his subcontractors which delayed work, and it took him 3 weeks just to book an appointment for HVAC.

There was little work being done and lots of time passing by, so I tried to escalate this to the coordinator. She said that she only deals with paperwork and could not help. It felt like no one at this company cared about the customers.

This dragged out for 2.5 months which left me so burnt out from dealing with this company.

We had a great experience with Paul Davis after a flood devastated three levels of our home. They came in with their fans and water meters and quickly assessed our house and got to work. They cleaned up after themselves and dealt with everything in a very professional manner. I love good customer service so am happy to leave a positive review. Horrible experience with Paul Davis, which is recommended by the insurance company. The project manager, Patrick, he came the first day regarding my basement flooding issue. Then he said he would be back the next day at 11:00 am but has never shown up. Actually, he failed twice to my place. He ignored my calls and emails. I called the insurance company to tell my advisor that I do not want to deal with Paul Davis anymore and I hired another company to handle my flooding issue since it's critical that I need to solve ASAP. Paul Davis charged me the first day of work $2100 that was informed by the Desjardins insurance company, Kenil, the advisor, and I am not claiming from the insurance. I called and emailed
Patrick for the invoice, but there no answer again. Then Emma, who works in the office, said he went on vacation. I am asking for the invoice because I need to know what's done on the job that will cost me $2100. No answers, no emails, no calls from Paul Davis. So I am writing this review to keep it recorded and warning whoever wants to do business with Paul Davis. BE AWARE!!!

In the company's response to this review they say there was a delay in receiving a signed work order. The delay was on their end in sending it; after seeing the appraiser, my mom called both Paul Davis and the insurance company repeatedly for weeks leaving messages asking when a work order would be sent, so they knew she didn't have it. Maybe they have some issues with their admin team?

This company has showed up to work a single time for an hour and a half in the weeks my mom has been working with them. They were suggested by the insurance company which tells you everything you need to know. They took weeks to send a work order after the appraiser came and are now on vacation. She has put in over 200 hours of work to drag all the damaged items out because Paul Davis simply wouldn't show up and she didn't want rotten sewer water in the basement. Left bulky dirty equipment in the house for days after they said they would pick it up. They ignore phone calls and messages from us and the insurance company. Terrible communication and ghosting. We have pets in the house and it's a miserable situation, and Paul Davis refuses to do their job.
