Our insurance claim was the result of significant water damage in our main kitchen and in a granny suite kitchen. It was a major renovation/restoration for our home that necessitated our moving out for a period of 2 months. It was not a particularly easy time in our live’s to say the least. The project Management team from PaulDavid headed by Pierre Pineau did an outstanding job to renovate / remediate the damage and organize all the many moving pieces that were involved in such a project. You can just imagine. Every outstanding issue was addressed and remediated. It was, I have no doubt, a difficult insurance claim necessitating many different trades to participate. We were extremely satisfied with the end result of the project and while I would never wish such an event to happen to anyone, if you have a project team lead name Pierre Pineau from PaulDavid you are in very good hands.

Had water pipe broke that did damage to our basement at our house. Paul Davis’ team did a fantastic job at reconstructing our basement with the results exceeding our expectations. Great service although could use a little more communication of when workers are coming over to continue their job. Overall, great experience dealing with Paul Davis and very grateful for their contribution on this less than favourable situation in our newly purchased home.
