Paul Davis was sent by our insurance company to assess and repair a dishwasher leak. So far, it’s been a pretty good experience. Our project manager came out right away to assess the damage and sent in a crew within a few days to get to work. We had the pleasure of having Daniel out on the last day of emergency work and his customer service and exceptional attention to detail was beyond appreciated. Not only did he work quickly and efficiently but he answered all of our questions in detail and went above and beyond in cleaning up and organizing our kitchen so we could continue to use it! It’s been a decent experience to date and looking forward to the rebuild side of things!

Update! Our flooring is now complete and although the flooring company wasn’t the greatest, Paul Davis made up for it in many ways. Our project manager McRae has been on top of everything we’ve thrown at him and his crew has delivered. Daniel and Chris were phenomenal to work with, they came to put the baseboards and trim back on and not only did they do an amazing job but they were super fun to have here and very helpful, going above and beyond expectations. Our contents crew was also amazing! Tracey, Elma (?), Woody and Michael were a blast to be around and took great care of our belongings and making sure everything was brought back in the same condition it left and put back where it belonged. Though we still have a little ways to go before our project is complete, we are looking forward to the next steps!

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the roofing and siding services provided by Paul Davis following the hail damage repair covered by my insurance claim. While I initially chose your company for its reputed professionalism, I encountered considerable issues that have led to significant concerns regarding the quality of work performed.
Unfortunately, the subcontracted team that handled my project did not meet the necessary standards. Specifically, they improperly sealed a vent connected to my washroom, and the goosenecks utilized were not appropriate for my roof. Furthermore, the connections from the roof to the vent pipes were inadequately completed, resulting in condensation problems in my attic.To rectify these issues, I had to hire an independent contractor to replace the faulty goosenecks and address the improperly sealed vent pipe. This additional expense and the inconvenience caused by these complications are disheartening.I urge you to take these matters seriously and would appreciate a response regarding how you plan to address this situation. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

When my washing machine decided to unleash a mini ocean in my home, the Paul Davis Emergency team came to the rescue like superheroes! Special shoutout to Zack, the project coordinator, who handled my constant questions like a pro, and Colin, the project manager, who ensured everything went as smooth as a duck on water. The Rebuild team’s services are next, and I'm feeling positive that they will deliver an efficient, quick, and quality job as well.
