My husband and I would like to thank the Paul Davis Group for helping us navigate through some flooding in our basement where we have our Family room, bedroom, office and second bedroom. Our Project Manager Derek responded quickly with fans to dry up the moisture and within a few days had his team come in to pack up our personal belongings and have them moved to a storage crate which remained in our driveway. Derek and his team of hard working staff treated us and our belongings with great respect, care, professionalism and friendliness. Derek ensured that he was on top of things by returning our calls quickly, getting contractors in to repair walls, floors, baseboards, trim etc. and ensuring that we were satisfied with the work being done. His staff worked hard to unpack our belongings, move items back into place and clean up after themselves. Thank you to the Paul Davis Group, Derek and his hardworking team for making a stressful situation, manageable. Please be careful if you are in need of help and are not fully educated on this type of company. I was told to sign on a line on the reps phone, without a full explanation on cost or any type of formal quote. When I brought up my concerns, the information was forwarded to the owner Peter, who said "The insured signed an authorization and approved services without knowing the actual costs of said services. Our final invoice was $* before taxes. The balance of $ is our profit. As this profit is below what would normally expect I cannot authorize lowering this invoice."

This was forwarded to me from the rep. He also goes on to tell the rep to let me know to pay ASAP or it will be sent to collections. The owner never reached out to me to help, explain the situation, nothing. Simply told the rep not to help me at all even though they are fully aware I was never told the costs. I also emailed the owner directly after this, and got no response at all. If you are ok with paying a mystery number for their services, then go for it.

My wife and I have had a very good experience with Paul Davis. Despite having a house fire back in august we were able to be back in our home just in time for Christmas! 🙂 All of our clothes and other soft content were dry cleaned and returned on hanger in plastic wrap or nicely folded in boxes.the bigger items were cleaned up and stored until we needed them. The work was done professionally and looks great!
Getting a hold of Peter from Paul Davis for any questions or concerns was easy, he would always call back within a half hour if he wasnt in the office.
Very happy we decided to go with Paul Davis.

They have different teams that come in to inspect, estimate, dry out, clean up, and refurbish our basement… and we are currently in this process with them.
