When I moved in here with my dog I didn't really know how it was going to be as neither one of us have ever lived in an apt building before. We'll as it turns out we both really like it. My place was very clean when we moved in. The building is kept very clean and outside is nicely kept up. Any garbage is always picked up not left to blow away. Any resident I've had the pleasure of speaking to are very nice, even the ones that are not sure of being around animals. Anyone thinking of getting a place here it's a nice place to live.

Hot water was out for 2-3 days and now our shower won’t turn on, they say we need to wait 3 days for that to be fixed or we have to pay 175 for someone to come look at it sooner, nice to pay rent but not able to have hot water , a shower and also have to pay out of pocket for something that should be on the maintenance team to fix , what I rent even for then

At first it seemed like a good place to live, however whenever I had put in a maintenance request it took them 2 weeks or so to come fix anything and didn't even give me 24 hour notice. Didn't even do the move out inspection with me, they canceled and did it by themselves and then charged me an arm and a leg for damages even though I had paid over 400 in pet damage deposits and my security deposit and then expected more from me. We also had someone try to break into our apartment twice and nothing was done besides put in a complaint, did not feel safe living there some days. Definitely agree with others when they say there are better places to rent.

I have lived in the apartments for a year now, absolutely love it! I was going to move to a bigger home, but due to an unfortunate event, I had less than a day to find a new place to live. I called the management and they were able to accommodate me in the quickest way possible and were soooo understanding! I love that when I needed something fixed they had sent maintenance up the next day. I love that the apartments are super clean with fresh paint when you first move in, (which I found to be quite rare in cold lake) the neighbors are super friendly, and its a hop skip and a jump away from Kinosoo beach! I would and do highly recommend moving into these apartments!

I rented here last year. They expect you pay deposit but don’t fix anything from previous tenants. The office ladies also gave me 2 warnings that didn’t pertain to me. When I would complain about my neighbours they wouldn’t listen to me.

The site manager is absolutely wonderful.
This lovely lady has answered every question I have ever had, in a timely manner and with great detail.
She even helped me out when I left town for a weekend to ensure I locked my door.
Could not be more pleased with how I am treated as a resident.
