Great location close to the highway and close to the airport. Great staff, Friendly polite, can’t complain. Prices are reasonable, and they have upgraded their breakfast in the morning. Rooms are very clean and decent size comfortable beds and pillows. Housekeeping was very friendly If you need anything, they will always bring it to you. They have upgraded a lot of things at the Park inn Hotel, I have been here a few times can’t complain. I have enjoyed my stay I will be coming back here Again.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a relaxing and enjoyable experience. A special thank you to Hardeep at the reception—he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and hospitable throughout our stay. He made check-in smooth and was always ready to assist with a warm smile. The Rooms Are Clean Comfortable And Spacious. The Beds Are Comfortable. The Restroom Was Clean And Stocked. Theres Wifi Available And Netflix Available In The Rooms. There's A Parking Lot For Parking And They Serve A Continental Breakfast In The Mornings. There's A Couple Of Strip Malls Beside Where There's An Indian Restaurant And A Pizza Place If Your Hungry.

The hotel rooms were decent, clean and spacious. The bathrooms were clean and decent. Nothing outstanding about the rooms. They have Roku tv which was convenient but we did have issues turning on the TV. They were able to give us a 30 minute early check in at no charge, and the lady who checked us in was very friendly, even called up to the room a few minutes after we got in to check that everything was okay with the room. We then asked for a late checkout which was no problem and they were able to have us leave at 1:00 free of charge. The only problems we had were finding parking, the event venue next door had an event going on and all the parking spots were taken leaving us to park in the far back. They should have hotel only parking for this situation. The other issue we had was that someone knocked on our door around 12:00 to ask us if we will be checking out and I told her we will be checking out at 1:00 as requested earlier, which should've been communicated from the front desk to the cleaning staff. Overall was good, nice and it was located close to Vaughan and not really in Brampton so it was easy to get to. Staff was friendly and the room was nice.

WOMEN TRAVELLING ALONE BEWARE
I had planned to stay at Park Inn for 2 nights but checked out after one night. Upon arrival at my room there was a man unknown to me standing in the hallway near my room. I noticed him but went about getting settled. About 30 minutes later when I left my room again, he was still there, I started to think this was weird. I returned from getting food about 20 minutes later, still there. Another hour later, still there but now directly outside my room, I waited another 20 minutes and he was still directly outside my room. I called the front desk for help, clearly scared and they said yes they had been watching him. After a sleepless night I checked out one night early. The hotel apologized but only offered a $30 discount for the night I did NOT stay.

Forget the complete lack of cleanliness and smell of the room, to feel UNSAFE is another thing. If you are travelling alone, do not stay there.

My stay here was ok. all i needed was a place to sleep and this place did the job. however, few information i need to point out. First, the walls are paper thin, so i was able to be part of the conversation my neighbours had next door.
second is the free breakfeast. im ok with the fact that it is basic, i do not expect it to be great, functional works for me, but... cold eggs and sausages? seriously? i showed up at 930 and the orange and apple juice was running out. what about filling it back up? it feels like they set it up in the morning and do not touch it anymore... at 955 they were already in the process of cleaning it... this part was very dissapointing to me. (i also had to ask for plates since there was none left...)

If you are looking for a cheap and clean place to stay, this is a good place. it is clean and personnel is very friendly. probably come to the breakfeast at 7 when it starts so food is warm but do not expect more than that

Half the things in room 101 do not work - no bulbs in bedside lamps, microwave turns but doesn't heat. Switches broken. Shower was OK. Coffee maker taste like it's 20 years old. Which would be ok, except there's no coffee or anything in the lobby area. Definitely a lower end budget hotel.

I recently had a terrible experience at this hotel. Initially, they gave me a stinky room, and when I complained, the girl at the reception, Navjot, argued that there were no other rooms available, even though half of the parking lot was empty. Eventually, she gave me another room, but it was filled with whisky and beer bottles, and the smell was awful.I called the reception and told Navjot about the issue. She came to the room, but instead of removing the bottles, she argued with me for 20 minutes. She said she would bring a room freshener but left and didn't return for a while. I called twice, but no one answered. After 20 minutes, she came back with perfume, not a room freshener, and continued to argue without helping.
I explained that I had to go to work in Kingston at 7 am and needed help, but she was uncooperative and made faces the whole time. This experience was terrible, especially compared to my previous brilliant visit to this hotel. Navjot's behavior completely ruined my stay.

La chambre est propre. Rideaux avec traces de brûlures, les meubles brisés, pas de frigo. Les murs sont en carton, on entend tout. La chambre a côté de nous a fait un party toute la nuit et le front desk a rien fait. Bref, on ne reviendra jamais.

Les employés étaient courtois et serviables. La chambre est négligé, le mobilier brisé, vieux, malgré que les draps et la salle de bain étaient propres... les lieux laissent à désirer. Aussi, nos voisins de chambre on parlé toute la nuit et on les entendait, gros manque d'insonorisation.

A part que les draps et la salle de bain semble propre tout est desappointant. Mobilier brisé, rideaux avec trace de brûlure, aucune insonorisation. La chambre a côté de nous a fait le party toute la nuit et le front desk a rien fait. Choisir en dernier recours !

Only the lobby is clean. I wouldn't trust the breakfast. Bathrooms are stained with mold. Beds are disgusting. You shouldn't stay here unless its your last choice. Then even then, you should second guess your life decisions that got you in this position. The area is loud. The rooms have the weird combination locked door into other rooms. You can hear everything in the connected room. People are always just standing in the halls, if you're a lone woman, I'd be very careful. When asking the front desk for a second, less gross room they said they were booked. And that all their rooms were that way. After a few minutes they finnaly agreed to let me switch rooms. The second room was mildly cleaner. The second room was apparent that the door had previously been kicked in at some point and the door frame had been hastily repaired; and the deadbolt nolonger worked. I made it one night before just leaving. There is no water bottles for sale here, Just soda and chips. Food options arround the hotel is 99% Indian restaurants, im sure some are good but know that there are very limited other options unless you are willing to drive 20-30 minutes to another area. There are no trash recepticals for public or common areas. Surprisingly very little litter in the area though.
