Pacific Decontamination has been nothing short of a godsend. After purchasing our new home, we were shocked to discover it needed extensive and urgent decontamination work—something we never anticipated. June 19th 2025. Ward was very helpful and considerate of our problem having a tight time frame. After sitting all winter, the trailer we use to store our Car Show equipment, had black mould when we opened it. Our show is July 26th and Ward came the day after we called him. This was extremely helpful. We highly recommend Ward.

I had a concern that my house may have a mold issue so I called this company and had a lovely chat with Ward. He advised me to get a treatment and I’m so happy I did. Devan and Paul were so kind and clearly wanted to do a good job and fix this issue. They were so kind and treated my house as if it were their own. I would 10/10 recommend this company- my house smells amazing now!

Ward is genuinely one of the kindest people I have ever met. In addition, he is brilliant and understands the decontamination space and the available technology incredibly well. I called him after finding his company on Google and even though I am outside of his service area, he spent more than ten minutes on the phone with me determining the source of the odour and providing a range of solutions. If I ever move to the west coast Ward would get all my future business. If you need decontamination services he's your person!

Ward runs an excellent business and delivers old-fashioned service that you rarely see anymore. He is very knowledgeable about mold and provided us with tons of advice on the phone 2 or 3 times before he did a treatment on our house. We we actually did the mold treatment, it took about 1 hour and then we needed to be out of the house for 4 hours. Recommend Ward and his service 110%.

Ward and his team, came this morning solved mold issue in our attic.. Was able to give a peace of mind that ventilation and insulation was great.. Took only 1 hour, they were prompt, friendly very informative and professional.. They are 5 star hands down! Thank you Ward!!!
