We were left with very short notice and not really any other options but to pack up our family and move to Scottsdale Arizona to receive cancer treatments not available in Canada. The treatments are incredible and already seeing massive results, the most in my lower back. I am able to walk and actually do things with my family again. These treatments don't come cheap, costing nearly $250,000 CAD, and knew we needed to sell our house to give me the best chance of survival. Cue Shawn and Ryan. They came in and immediately stepped up. Both forgoing their commission saving us 10s of thousands of dollars. Something we did not ask for, nor expected, and something I don't think we will ever be able to repay them for.

These guys will go well over the top for you whether you are buying or selling. You will never regret working with them and I am forever in their debt. Thank you guys, you are a huge reason as to why I am going to beat this cancer and come back home stronger and ready to roll through life for a very long time.
