I wanted to replace my current sump pump as it was over 20 years old and also install a back up system.
Adam came over and discussed everything with me. Explained to me what was needed to get done and gave me a quote for the work. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Great to deal with!
We scheduled the work to be done a few weeks later
Install was done by Malcolm. He was also awesome to deal with. The job was completed exactly as we discussed. Malcom did a great job on the install and Showed me everything that was done and explained how it works. He also cleaned up so there's was no mess left behind.
I am looking forward in the next couple of weeks to having all 3 bathroom vanities replaced plumbed and installed by Adam and his team.
I would highly recommended Orella group for your plumbing needs!

We wanted to ensure our basement had adequete waterproofing and part of that was installing a sump pump and backflow valve. Orella came by to give us a quote and did not pressure us to sign with them - we decided to sign with them that day anyways due to the professionalism and reviews and the office administrator was quick to communicate plans with us. Today was day one of our two day service - two workers came, both very friendly and professional and communicative. Tomorrow they will come to finish the job and I will update my review a few months down the line for the actual service working, but up until this point I would highly recommend Orella. They even support you in doing the grant through the City.
