Do not take your car here. EVER. Coming from a family of volkswagen enthusiasts.

Took our 2019 golf R here for service of broken bumper. They had to take off the old broken bumper, paint match and paint the new bumper and then reinstall it on the car.

Upon leaving the car for service, we had no worries. Immediately after getting the car back it was clear the paint match was very incorrect. I will attach picture below. We contacted the shop immediately they express our concerns and brought the car back for the workers to look at where we were told there was nothing they can do about it (no money back, no attempt to fix the job) and to let the paint set for 2 weeks and come back then. When I had asked why the paint match was done incorrectly I was told by a worker “it was common sense” that the paint wouldn’t match the original paint no matter what.

We did as we were instructed and waited the two weeks. Obviously, after the two weeks had passed there was absolutely zero improvement in the paint match. When bringing the car back FOR THE THIRD TIME, the shop owner had agreed to redo the job free of charge. Grateful for this, we had a bit of a better feeling about the shops integrity at this point, but boy were we wrong. After dropping off the car again, a day later we received a message that the paint job had gone wrong AGAIN! They claimed the repair process had a reaction with the paint. Immediately, this caused a panic. We requested the shop send us picture so that we could see what they were talking about, and they refused. We knew then we would have to return to the shop the following day. We are now at this point concerned if the vehicle would ever return to its former beauty.

The next day we go to see the car in person, This being our FOURTH time back at the shop. The car has NUMEROUS new scratches on hood area and above wheel well which I will also attach pictures of below. When asking the workers where these new scratches came from while the car was in they’re hands they denied that it was caused by them and stated…
“if you want them polished i’ll polish them if you’re going to cry about those little scratches”. absolutely careless. We later learned that some of these scratches were caused by a dog jumping up on the car damaging the paint with its nails while it was in the shop’s possession.

With the owner present we had a discussion about the car and what could be done to resolve the situation. The owner expressed that being a new business owner in the community it was critical to build good relationships and do the right thing. At that time, the owner wanted to assure us that he was now personally taking over the situation. He was going to make sure the car was repaired completely & correctly and if we were still not satisfied, he would honour a full refund ($1000.00).

In the end of it all, we remained disappointed. The bumper paint still not restored, weeks wasted with continued issues and inconveniences. We knew after all of this we would require the refund. The owner went back on his word, refused the $1000 refund, denied helping us, offered no solutions, no apology and threatened to call the police if we failed to leave.

Please, if you care in any way about your car I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE IT HERE.

A business that is incompetent, goes back on their word, and is quickly becoming a Hwy 109 transport eye sore may not do well in our community.

Unprofessional, Careless, Disrespectful, Dishonest shop and the list goes on. I hope they never work on and ruin another car like this. Save yourself the month of stress this caused us and take your money somewhere else.

Fabulous service. Had my 2022 F-250 super crew in for some body work on the “C” pillar in an awkward spot. Not only were they able to repair the damage, but the paint match was flawless. You seriously can’t even tell there was work done and only took a day. Will 100% return for further work if it’s needed in the future.

Absolute worst customer service ever experienced. Owner was more into his new riding mower than dealing with customers. Rental was an absolute POS and returned. Took our business elsewhere.

Beware from this Chorrr, sent semi truck there for tank swap , kept my old tanks and diesel about 1200 liters. And gave me old rusted tanks. Big chorrrr . Will be posting pictures shortly
