I do not recommend them. They are thieves who do not return the deposit in case of damage, no matter if it is your fault or the previous tenants. OnPoint only cares about their own interests. The worst company and housing conditions. The alarm is constantly going off, regardless of whether you are cooking or not.

Moved out of the unit I was renting at the end of July, and still do not have my damage deposit. Said I had an outstanding bill which I paid the same day they brought it to my attention, and it's been 3 weeks since then and still getting the run around.

@onpoint property management ltd stole my deposit and for the past two months they have been turning me around telling me one lie after another. I left Morden for Québec in July and they claim they sent me a cheque which I have never received. I asked for a tracking number they said cheques do not use tracking numbers when sent via Post Canada which is a lie because I sent a cheque to the City Council a few weeks before and I was given a tracking number by Post Canada. I asked to speak to the manager they claimed he was on holidays. My next move now is to get a lawyer ans ask for repairs

We’ve rented with them since 2022. In the 3 times we’ve had an inspection (every 6 months!) we’ve been told someone would come and replace/fix our smoke detector. It’s been almost 2 years.
In the fridge a few of our door shelves fell off and we needed them replaced. Finally after almost a year (since June 2023) we are getting them installed. I have emailed them back and forth about this issue since June and in September they finally got someone to come look at the fridge for a serial number to order the parts. It wasn’t until November they actually ordered them. I emailed them yesterday to ask about it and they said they had them and just needed to come install them. I asked when they had received them and when they will be installed and they ignored when they had received them only telling me when they would be installed. How long have they had them and would they have even told me they had them if I hadn’t emailed? I’ve also had them try to contact my husband about things when he wasn’t even on the lease. Why would they contact the person not on the lease? I wonder if it is because I am a woman I don’t get treated the same or as serious. Very frustrating and unpleasant management company to deal with. I will be contacting the renters board if anything to report the issues we have had to keep on record for possible future problems. I’m sorry I haven’t contacted them sooner.

Applied multiple times for different units and never heard back from them. I’ve lived in the area for about an year now having a good job. I had a good background but it is just about the poor service and experience I had with them. Waste of time for me
