Mark Wosley, my project manager was very patient, attentive and listened to may concerns. He was very calm and helped walk me through their process.

They put safety first and were very quick to respond in a consistently professional manner. No arrogance, and would recommend them to all my family and friends.

Horrible experience with Vernon Branch, Terry has done a grand job of ripping off my mom. When work was done without an estimate and then she was presented a bill that is exorbitantly overpriced. When he was questioned about his charging he threatened to put a lean on my moms house. He is threatening a newly widowed senior women thinking that’s what a decent business does?
That is after charging insurance a ridiculously high amount for work that my siblings and I did cleaning out the basement completely so the work could be done. He got paid for it. Then leaving dryers running for months longer then needed charging up the electric bill, which my mother also paid and he was credited for.
Then a bin was left in the property, we had no clue what was inside, for months. Then suddenly told after we had been out there the bun suddenly needed to be cleared, so a special trip had to be made. So disappointed, I thought there was still decent people and we didn’t get to choose business insurance sent them there. Buyer beware.

I made a claim last year using my condo insurance. Vernon Okanagan Restoration did a very small bathroom job and charged the insurance company well over 17, 000.I live in a 600 square foot apartment and the bathroom is tiny. I had to pay out of pocket for the toilet, and they never even replaced the tub, vanity, or flooring. How the heck does it add up? Now my premiums for condo insurance are sky high. Thanks, Okanagan restoration!! SMH. A guy named Terry from the Vernon branch was probably responsible for the phony sky high prices .Terry also decided to snag all the paperwork and documents in relation to the job on the last day he was here. It was all in a clear plastic bag. Now i have no records of anything. I feel scammed by this sketchy company.

I had a sewer backup flood in my kitchen involving hardwood floors, lots of damage. Long story short I was so impressed with ok restoration Vernon. Well our house is back to normal. I can not say enough about how "GREAT" Okanagan Restoration has been. December 18th we had our flood. Their crew was professional from the first day to the last day. From the staff that came to clean, sort, tag and take pictures of everything to Ken and Mike finishing every last detail. They were on time, kept us informed on everything and were very clean. I could not believe it is all done within 2 months, even with holidays in between. Our house looks FANTASTIC! Thank you so very much Okanagan Restoration, Shane, Mike and clean up crew, Ken and Mike. I would highly recommend Okanagan Restoration to anyone who has that is need of your services. Well done.

Stars are hard, I didnt end up needing their services. But I explained my localized flooding very well, Brad came out within 48 hours (was not a serious/disastrous flood, so timeline was cool), he saw what I was doing, took the time to analyze the situation, and told me that I didn't need their services. At least 2 hours they gave to assess, and no hard sell.

Now I am a relatively handy guy, so I was dealing with the flood, but if I wasn't handy, or didn't have the time to deal with the situation, I would have been confident to enlist OK Resto for at least the initial damage assessment, and where to go from there. And if their trades people are half as good as Brad, then I would trust that the job would be done right.

Brad Maki was prompt to inspect my basement for flood damage and to date I am extremely pleased with all of their employees and subcontractors quality and dedicated work. Yes it takes a significant amount of time for a full basement restoration but I am happy with the near finished results. Thanks to all the people involved for consistenty consulting, advizing and working with home owners to get their house back in order.
