After a terrible experience with another engineering firm in Kamloops I was left stranded with no other firms available or willing to help finish my home renovation. I contacted OCTO and they were immediately receptive and willing to help me. They understood I was put in a bad position and handled everything in a very timely manner. I had hired my own designer and they were more than happy to work directly with him (GH INNOVATIONS). I was very pleased with the communication, organization, and overall cost of the work done. OCTO understood the scope of the work and were flexible with options to keep the job safe and easy to complete. Would definitely use OCTO again as they were reliable, timely, and cost effective.
