We hired Nuvo to remodel our master bathroom. During the initial walkthrough, John took in our vision and made a lot of great suggestions. Aya helped us through the selection and design process, providing helpful guidance along the way. The project was not without its problems but Quinn was there every step of the way, handling each and every issue that came up and making sure we were entirely satisfied with the outcome. Our bathroom turned out better than we could have envisioned and we are so happy with the result.

Conrad, Ben and their amazing team provide honest communication, quality craftsmanship, and they truly care about the work they do. I was amazed at the pride and attention each person put into our project, and they treated our house the same way they would treat their own home. They cleaned up at the end of each day and arrived on time throughout the entire project. They stayed on budget and on time with an exceptionally high quality end product. I also appreciated their ability to be available for conversation and discussion when appropriate. They stand by their work and ensure it is finished right which was so greatly appreciated. We recently had NUVO Construction renovate our mainfloor bathroom and construct a new bathroom in the basement. We were impressed from the very start with our initial meeting with Ben. He was prompt and professional, he listened to our needs and wants. Our plans were presented to us very quickly with time frames and budget outlined . I was impressed that each outlet I visited to choose the various things required for the bathrooms from counter tops to fixtures, had our budget info and showed me options within the budget with no pressure to upgrade unless I asked for it.
Dustin was our team leader/ general contracter. Dustin was awesome to deal with on a day to day basis. He kept us informed on an ongoing basis and he visited the house almost everyday monitoring the progress of the project. We encountered a couple minor disruptions that were out of Nuvo's control but Dustin was on top of things right away. He followed up , kept us informed of progress through out ensuring everything was completed to our satisfaction. All the trades people that came to our home were very polite and respectful of our home. Each and every day one of Dustin's team came to clean up keeping our home as clean as possible.
The end result was awesome we now have two great bathrooms that exceeded our expectations.
I would not hesitate to refer Nuvo Construction to help with home renovations they deserve a 5 star rating.

I agree whole heartedly with some of the other reviewers that giving 5 stars does not do justice to the quality of the work or the manner in which the project is managed and delivered. I used Nuvo to develop my basement and the final product far exceeded my expectations (which is noteworthy for someone who thinks in pictures and has a very specific vision of the end result). The space and particularly the bathroom still get so many positive comments.
Although the house is still very new, I recently decided to redo the master bathroom (so as not to be out done by the basement). I pictured a luxurious spa-like retreat and Nuvo delivered again. The bathroom transformation is incredible and is thanks to a great layout design that Nuvo put together to incorporate a free-standing bath together with a walk-in shower into a smallish space that previously only accommodated a shower and the meticulous attention to detail and quality. Quinn did an outstanding job in project managing and solution finding when it was necessary. I felt respected as a client and knew that my best interests were always top of mind.
I would highly recommend Nuvo Construction.

We had Nuvo do a complete basement renovation and the results are magnificent! Better than I ever imagined. From the multiple meetings with Ben, when it was convenient for us, to get things started, to working with Dustin throughout the project, everything was great. The communication from Dustin was above and beyond what I had expected and all the updates were greatly appreciated. We had some rather large hiccups along the way and Dustin took care of absolutely everything, no questions asked. We are in love with our basement!
