15 years after I had a pool cabana built by a contractor, it came to my attention that it was built without permits (thank you neighbour ?). Immediately upon notification, I found Zaid from Nuovo Engineering who came by the next day who put my mind at ease. I was worried I may have had to demolish. Even though the city gave me 6 weeks to have drawings and an application filed, Zaid completed the necessary details within a matter of days. Zaid was extremely confident and knowledgeable on working with the city throughout my application, permit issuance and final approval. Zaid’s knowledge of code and requirements was impressive and in excess of the city inspector who originally notified me of the issue. Zaid saved me a lot of money and effort getting my cabana in order. I can’t thank him enough and highly recommend his services. I would be more than happy to use him in the future for any other engineering or design related construction.

The whole process was stress-free. Zaid completed all the steps for us. All we had to do was tell him our plan and he did the rest. Scammers. They took the money and diaappear . made copies of other people drawings and submitted it.
Dont deal with them . They have no canadian experience .
Now zaid isnt answering his phone and refused to fix the mess he created as he doesn't know how . He is asking for us to sketch what we want so he can copy it.
