About a month and a half ago, our family decided to sell our place in Wasaga Beach that we built 53 years ago. Needless to say, there were many things needing attending to. Our Property is on Frederick Dr.

I spoke to Chris at Northern Property Service about some of my needs that I had...power washing my brick and concrete pads, cleaning eavestroughs, scrap metal pick up, cleaning the property...Chris was cheery, helpful and reassuring. He said he could get it all done and his rates are excellent. I was so happy with his work that I recommended him to my brother who had Chris clean his eavestroughs and do clean up of his property on Wildwood Dr.. I am sure he will use Northern Property Service for snow removal and yearly Property maintenance. My brother was happy with Chris's work. One thing for sure Chris's Northern Property Service is not expensive and he doesn't promise low prices to convince you. His prices for his services are reasonable and he delivers on his promises.

In short, with other services I have used who promise big but then deliver less, Chris has demonstrated that he is committed to doing what he promised and following though. I recommend Northern Property Service. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Chris and his team are fantastic to deal with. We use him for grass cutting, snow removal. He was great after the ice storm cleaning up and removing all debris and trimming out the trees.
