This entire team puts the NICE in Canadian Nice! My Excursion, with 28' car hauler in tow, died right in front on their shop on a busy Thursday 'rush hour' on Hwy 16. TJ (owner) grabbed his personal truck and within 2 light cycles towed the entire rig out of traffic to a safe spot. The next day he towed the trailer a mile down the road as the tow company could only take the vehicle. The entire crew at OK Tire is as friendly as can be!

Was passing through Smithers and had issue with vibration in my vehicle. I was assisted by Mason and Zeek who were able to squeeze my vehicle in on short notice. Zeek sorted out my tires as best that he could and ruled out other issues. Zeek was very personable and accurately determined what the issue was and suggested a solution for when I got home.

Ok Tire’s team exceeded my expectations with their prompt, friendly service and repair. I came in needing an alternator replacement and they had me fixed and on my way in less than 2 hours.

Honestly busy place for trucks. They work on everything. Having a nissan rogue, I dont mind paying them knowing after previous work, they did a excellent jobs never had issues and no need to go back for any concerns. They have a great Team. All My business will be through them

I can't say enough good things about this place! I was on a road trip from Vancouver to Yukon/ Alaska when my car broke down in Smithers. TJ and his team were clearly busy with other customers but made room to take care of me and accommodate me the best he could given my circumstances. I ended up needing a clutch replacement and a few other things and felt like the prices were very reasonable. It's very obvious that TJ really cares about his customers and giving exceptional service. Thanks again for everything!!!

The team at OK Tire was incredible! I had my car towed there even when they didn’t have availability and they looked at it as soon as they could. Found the issue right away and got it fixed, all while being transparent and honest about what was going on. Even before taking my car there I heard rave reviews about TJ and his team and happy to report the reviews are true! Will definitely be bringing my car back because of their amazing service!

Extremely helpful! I got stuck in Smithers on my way to work in PR. My DEF system decided to trip up in my 2018 Chevy Colorado. OK Tire came to the rescue. I feel as though they are going above and beyond and am so thankful they have the knowledge to deal with 1/4 ton diesel trucks.

Great group of people to deal with. I recently had the transmission fail in my F-350 as I was heading home from work and luckily it happened in Smithers. They went above and beyond to fix my truck and get me back to work without missing a day. I can’t say enough good things about them. Highly recommend. 10/10 service.
