The receptionist is the best, I dont live in Smithers anymore but she calls me sometimes cuz the service guy has a similar number to me. 10/10 for giggles 🙂

Horrible customer service. Have called 4 times now to have a stove pipe on my wood stove repaired that they installed (stove pipe was not screwed into ceiling box properly creating a gap and allowing smoke to enter home). They never get back to you. Go elsewhere - these guys suck. Only reason they got one star is because I can't post without giving them some rating. 0/10!!

After calling multiple other plumbing business in Smithers. I was rejected and told to wait several months, to have a toilet installed. I called north central plumbing and heating, they answered immediately and booked an appointment the same day. The plumbers, Michelle and Myles showed up with in one hour and the job was also completed an hour later. They were very professional, timely and friendly. They did an excellent job. They have earned a life time customer, thank you so much to everyone.

After contacting them twice, they never did get back to me, that is phone call and email!! 7 months later I gave up! I would not recommend them, terrible professionalism and customer service. I went with Copper River and Plumbing, way better, and I already have someone coming to the house next week!

Purchased a new furnace this year and after the massive snowfall we managed to block our vents, causing the furnace to shut off. We realized our mistake later in the evening and when we called in at 11pm to the emergency line we were sent a tech quickly who managed to get us up and going again. We’ve always had great service from knowledgeable well trained staff and will continue to deal with NC

I wouldn't hire this company to organize a one car funeral. Worst service, most unprofessional attitude, worst bookkeeper. They are nice enough if you walk in the door but clowns to the left of you, jokers to the right and you're backed up by incompetence at every level. If there was a -5 star I would choose that, but unfortunately I have to settle for 1. They charge like bandits until you finally have to refuse to pay for any more. Unbelievable for a small town. WHY are they still in business?!?

A young and obviously inexperienced North Central gas fitter came to our house to inspect our natural gas stove that wouldn't stay lit. He replaced the thermopile and still could not get it working. He said that we need to just replace the entire stove as it was too old. We got a $230.00 bill for that. We decided to call Copper River and asked for their oldest most experienced gas fitter and they sent us a guy whom with in 10 minutes figured out the issue and ordered the PROPER part. The part NC put in was loose and incorrect and could have caused us serious problems and cost us $6000 for a new stove. Don't waste your time with these clowns and call Copper River instead!

Our experience with North Central was 100% positive! They came and fixed my parents heating issue the same day we called! Since we are in the middle of winter, they made us a priority! A HUGE THANKYOU for your top notch service!!!!!
