I have been renting for decades and by far Jim at 305 Briarhill is the BEST property manager I have ever had. Friendly and attentive. Quick responses to text messages. Flexible and accommodating. Very hard worker.

After moving out I received a very rude phone call from the acting property manager. Trying to make a bet with me over the cleanliness of the oven after I had spent hours cleaning it just 2 days prior, saying that he 'bet he could get it cleaner' and that he 'normally doesn't bet, but will cuz he knew he'd win'.. because apparently he 'doesn't get paid to clean the ovens of his units'.. not to mention the oven is over 10 years old(I know the tenants that lived there before me).. very unprofessional and frankly I'm sad, I used to recommend there ... but after the way he talked to me, never again. And im warning everyone I know that lives there

After over a decade of renting from these slumlords (mold, oven that never worked, defective smoke detector, patio doors on ground level that never locked etc. and photos and paperwork to prove it), I finally got out.
Made an agreement to pay the last rent that I owed and instead of honouring that, froze mine and my businesses bank accounts.
Will never ever deal with these corporate robots ever again.

Absolute slumlords.
Went over a year without use of my basement due to flooding, mold and other issues. Was then given a $700 bill upon move out for all the inconvenience. Three years later they're still trying to get it. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THESE PEOPLE.
