I appreciate Norm's service as he played a significant role in helping me and my fiancee purchase our first home together. He attended several showings with us. When settled on the right home for us, Norm walked us through each stage of the process. From status certificates to the addition of conditions on the purchase agreement Norm shared his vast knowledge and demonstrated patience with us. We often held phone conversations to discuss concerns and for us to ask questions. He supported us when he did our formal inspection and facilitated the delivery of the keys. Norm is very good at building rapport with those that we interacted with on the purchase from the concierge, to the inspector, and the realtor for the seller.
