We were very pleased with the landscaping that was done by NRC to re-do the entire front area of our adjoining properties in conjunction with neighbor. t required the removal of the existing lawn, improving the base and re-laying sod for a reduced lawn footprint, and, to re-develop several areas with a variety of drought resistant plants integrated into combinations of river rock, small boulders, and, mulch while at the same time re-taining and re-trimming much of the existing plants, shrubbery and trees and edging it all with appropriate and attractive brickwork. They worked with us to develop a plan as well as several revisions as we went along. The team they sent in to do all of the work was efficient, personable, knowledgeable , and, finished several days sooner than expected presenting us with a finished product we are delighted to have in front of our home.

My experience with NRC from beginning to end was excellent. I felt heard and great recommendations were given. Communication was clear and honest. The onsite crew was clean, professional, and polite. They worked quietly and diligently throughout the 2 weeks. I'm thrilled with the service and the end result. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending NRC! They'll be my first call in the future! Very impressed with the entire experience.

They did an amazing job with my retaining wall and fence. Cam was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond for me. Since there was no fence, my mom wasn't able to let my dog out to go to the bathroom and Cam leashed him up and walked him for 10 minutes every day. Amazing!

I recently hired NRC to transform my front yard with a Xeriscape design, and the results exceeded my expectations. Their team was professional, arriving promptly and completing the project efficiently. The Xeriscape landscaping was implemented flawlessly, leaving my yard both aesthetically pleasing and water-efficient. They also ensured thorough cleanup, leaving the area spotless.

Communication with NRC was excellent throughout the process, with clear updates and quick responses to any questions. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden costs. I highly recommend NRC for their expert Xeriscape services and would gladly work with them again for future landscaping needs.

The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful especially researching bylaws regarding tree replacement in our area. We were given lots of information on how to care for our new shrubs and the after sales support has been great. We are really pleased with how our yard looks and would not hesitate to use them again.

Wow, this company clearly doesn't take as good care with it's low-income projects as it does with other ones! New Rhodes was contracted to do some work for our low-income co-op. Was seemingly a temporary project for them, from the signs it was supposed to be done first week of May, and it's mid-June now. They've made a huge mess around the current building (although the current building is near the construction zone, people are still very much living here and trying to move around the crews), left the driveway partially ripped up for weeks now, and parked their trucks for hours in the fire lane, turning it into a single lane in an area that's already difficult for tenants to get through. The sidewalk along the main road is also unfinished along the sides, making it a fall hazard. They've also blocked the hydrant on more than one occasion.

This co-op houses many seniors and those on disability, some who've been unable to get to the garbage bins due to the poor care taken around the area. We would very much like New Rhodes to properly complete their work around our home.
Attached are some photos of garbage left around the worksite on a Friday afternoon.
