Mitch, Sean and Travis continually do great work maintaining our plants in-store. The regular check-ups definitely help keep the plants looking fresh but also well trimmed. Efficient and clean service every time from the New Earth team, definitely recommend if you’re looking for amazing plant displays!

New Earth built our Living Wall to our specifications in 2020. It was completed on time and in budget. Since then they have maintained the wall swabbing out old or diseased plants as part of regular maintenance. We are very satisfied.

We have been using New Earth Solutions for more then 3 years now. They take care of our exterior and interior plants. These folks are above and beyond in terms of their 'product' - my gorgeous exterior walls, their service and their communications / customer service. I was their first residential client in Toronto several years ago and I've never regretted this decision. They've helped with designing the palette (we've done everything from vibrant florals to all green / coleus) and performed flawless installation and maintenance. They work hard to ensure that customer requirements and expectations are met. Thanks to all the NES staff!

Exceptional service levels on our 4 plant walls. We had a group managing them before but when we had an issue that continued and no solution was in sight we called New Earth to help. And did they ever. Fixed the issue, and have been maintaining our walls every since. They even checked the issue last week and indicated it looks like it is coming back and will now do another treatment. Fixing it was exceptional, their service outstanding but then being proactive ... now that is priceless as they say! Thanks to each of you for your hard work!

Original adopter of the Respira Air. Love the concept. Love the look. We have had several issues with our machine, and it has been serviced many times. The team has been good about addressing technical problems, and I hope they continue to support it as we would love to continue enjoying the plant life.
