I go here to purchase my carbon filters. The guys there are helpful in answering your water filtration needs. Unfortunately, the price of the filter i purchase went up by over 50% this year (2024), however, this has more to do with our economy than the company. They still offer more competitive pricing than other online retailers.

staff are nice and parts are reasonably priced but Customer service is lacking in my opinion when it comes to getting refunds for warranty claims. Rob doesn't do what he says he's going to do.
The staff keep saying they'll pass on the message to Rob but there's never any follow up by him. Rob really needs to take some responsibility and follow through, the customer shouldn't have to keep calling back over and over to follow up on the status of refunds. Not good.

Came in to see about a new water pressure tank as a DIYer. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful in getting me everything I needed to get the job done. Prices were comparable to bigger stores, but the knowledge of the staff made the difference between coming home with everything, and coming home and then having to make making more trips to pick up missing bits and pieces because the big box staff didn't know all the ins and outs of the job. Highly recommend this store.

Near North Supply is my go-to for all of my plumbing materials. They carry an extensive inventory and stock just about anything that you could possibly need. Their staff are always friendly, courteous, polite and literally more than willing to bend over backwards to help you. Their prices are very competitive and their website is easy to navigate. I was there today buying a new well pressure tank and fittings to install. I'm not a plumber, rather a self respecting handy man, I was not snubbed at all. The service was top notch, friendly, helpful, fast, with a good price on top of everything, the gentleman even helped me load it in my truck. I'll be coming back
