Claudio was amazing! He responded very quickly to my Trusted Pros project listing and we met the next day. He was insightful about the lack of hot water at the tub and listened to what my experience had been trying to fix it myself. We did not find the problem the first day but he didn't charge me for it. It is sometimes difficult to select the right contractor when you are planning a renovation in your home. I am so glad that we found Claudio and his team at N&C Construction. From the first interaction, where they came out to listen to our plans and create a quotation, through every step of the process, they are extremely knowledgeable and total professionals.

They were on time every day and worked hard to stay on track including working on the weekend. They kept the work area clean and minimized any disruption in the rest of the house. Communication was excellent and Claudio was available each day to update on progress and plans for the following day.

We wanted a highly customized tile and natural stone design in the shower and wow did they ever deliver. The quality of work and craftsmanship was amazing. These people really care about providing the highest quality that they can. They took great care throughout the project with incredible attention to detail to deliver a beautifully finished product.

We were doing a kitchen renovation, counter tops and backsplash. Claudio and his team arrived on time to remove the existing backsplash. The new backsplash is perfect! Claudio is very particular in the finishing, silicone etc, He even did some finishing that wasn’t done well when we moved in 20 years ago. We also had Claudio and his team remove our old appliances, install the new ones, hook up the sink, reinstall the garburator. So convenient to have Claudio do it all! Claudio supervised his team closely. He was punctual, very polite, respectful, He even phoned asking for permission to go into the basement to turn off a breaker. N&C Construction Renovation Ltd. is a rare gem. You will be dealing directly with the owner, Claudio, who is not only a very intelligent and skillful person, but also has connections with the best subcontractors in the area. I have been working in Construction Quality Assurance & Control for over 20 years and I've seen many contractors - none of them are as good as N&C. Their prices are very reasonable, too. There are no weekends or holidays for Claudio - if you are in need, he will pick your call and help you asap no matter the day or hour. Once you used N&C once, you will never want to try others. They renovated our house last year: new carpets, laminated floors, painting, fences, garage floor, plumbing, electrical and many others, and we were extremely satisfied by their work, timeliness and prices. Recently, my garage radiant heater died. I called Claudio, he showed up immediately and diagnosed the issue: one pressure switch was malfunctioning. He checked with the heater manufacturer and found out the heater was from the 1990s and that switch wasn't available anymore. Claudio didn't give up: he researched on the web until he found the specs for the old switch and found a compatible one with the same characteristics. He managed to bring back to life an old heater which I would have replaced entirely otherwise. It would have cost me more than 20 times the price for that part!
