Great service and reasonable rates. Really pleased that Murf's was able to fix my clearing saw. I called Husqvarna after another establishment tried, failed, and charged me 4x what Murf's did. They recommended Murf's and they were right. Saw is running great again.

My wife and I moved to Sundre in February 2023 and since then I have been into Murf's 5 or 6 times for purchases and general questions. I purchased a chainsaw, used snowblower and weed trimmer and the experience was great for all three purchases. The staff was very helpful and knowledgable and took the time to show me how start and maintain each machine.

I dropped off my mower as it wouldn't start. They said they would look at it within the week. I phoned a few days after a week had passed and left a message. No response. I called a few days later and was told the mechanic was busy but he would call me back. No call back. I phoned again a few days later and was told the same story about the mechanic but was also informed that he hadn't even looked at my lawnmower yet. After 2.5 weeks. I picked up my mower, watched a YouTube video and fixed it myself. No concept of customer service.

The lady at the counter needs a course in customer service - a smile would be nice. Extremely slow repair service - a month later and still nothing done. They do not go out of there way to make me want to give them my business. Yet they want locals to shop there - or do they

These people are willing to try and fix anything for anybody. Most of the items the work on are things people bought somewhere else. That ain’t easy to support. Give them a break when it takes a longer. They are doing their best. Good old fashion values.

Lawn mover was fixed fast and good. But not all staff is knowledgeable and friendly. When my sister came to look for some fishing gear, she was talked down to and rushed.
