If I could leave zero stars I would. VERY bad customer service. I called on Thursday, to set up an appointment with one of the architects. I was told they were in meetings and when they got out of the meeting they would be told I called. I asked when I would hear back from them to set up the appointment. I was told I would hear back that day, or first thing Friday. Thursday goes by with no response, Friday morning passes and still no response, so I call. The receptionist tells me she is in the office alone and, as it is a long weekend, the earliest I will be able to hear back is the following Tuesday. Tuesday morning comes and goes...no reply, so I call again. I am once more told she has sent the architects an email and that she still has not received any reply. She laughed uncomfortably and commented about getting over a long weekend. So I waited for them to get back to me. It was not until a week later, at 11 am the following Thursday, that I received an email informing me they were extremely busy and wouldn't be able to take on new projects for another six months. They knew they were too busy to take on new clients, so why didn't they just take a few seconds to call and let me know that? Why did I have to wait a full week, and then receive an email in response? They couldn't even be bothered to pick up the phone and tell us. Very unprofessional. Not impressed.
