For over twenty years we have chosen Mountain Peak to renovate and update our home. We have continued to choose them because of the consistent quality of their work as well as their ability to complete projects on time and on budget. Brandon and Patrick are skilled contractors and their subtrades are capable and dependable. Out 400 square foot home is at least 50 years old and as a result has needed a fair amount of updating. Brandon and Patrick have removed popcorn ceilings, old wallpapaer and carpet as well as replacing old fashioned lighting, inadequate plumbing and electrical connections. They worked with us to choose a new staircase and carpeting and their paining company arranged for our total interior and exterior repainting. They personally installed new hardwood and tile flooring throughout our home as well as updating all baseboards and installing new door/cupboard hardware. Our two kitchens and three bathrooms have been modernized and our tv/billiard room, pool/deck entry room and laundry room received total makeovers. In addition, Brandon recently replaced pool fencing, pool gates and upgraded the pool equipment shed with new siding and a metal door.
Thanks to Mountina Peak our 50-year-old house has become a more comfortable, efficient and beautiful home!
