BEWARE-I ask anyone that will be using Tina to look at reviews, any good reviews are when customers are new to her ( I was one of them that put a good review) when you are renewing or needing her after becoming a customer her service is awful. Many reviews state no return calls or emails and that is exactly what I have experienced. Tina completely dropped the ball on my renewal and left me hanging. Her lack of advisement, and customer service is why I am no longer going to work with her and I ask anyone that is looking for a mortgage broker to be aware she is extremely unprofessional and does not look out for best interest of clients that have been loyal to her.

Thank you Tina for showing anyone on the large platform that is Google the level of professionalism you offer.

Although there were a few moments of lack of communication , I found out she had some other personal stuff going on in her life so completely understandable. Giving her 10/10 thanks to Tina!

I would highly advise NOT going with this mortgage broker.
When we reached out to Tina, we had nearly 3 months before our mortgage expiry date. Conversation and communication was great to begin with, she repeatedly informed us that we had plenty of time and not to worry.
All of a sudden communication slowed down, or rather… stopped all together!
We wouldn’t hear from Tina for WEEKS at a time and when we tried to contact her, it took days for any type of response.
This continued up until 2 weeks before our renewal date. We were under the impression that paper work was being sent and drawn up from the bank but no such thing had happened.
When we asked what was going on and why it was taking so long, there was no answer to our question or even an apology about the poor communication.
She left us in a bad spot 11 DAYS before our mortgage renewed. We were left scrambling to sort it out ourselves and to find another broker that could help in such short notice.
Oddly enough, she was recommended to us but we fully intend on letting that person know what kind of situation Tina left us in.
I don’t know how someone could do this to another person.
Don’t waste your time and certainly do not put your trust in this woman!

As a first time home-buyer, me and my girlfriend can't thank tina enough for helping us through the process of buying our first home!! We didn't know much about buying a house so we had lots of questions and she had all the answers! and she was very patient with us and all our 100s of questions lol and she was very kind and respectful throughout the process!!

Because of the world situation, we didn't actually meet Tina in-person, our work with her was all through emails and phone calls.
