Thought this company was amazing. Just bought a house and needed some plumbing done. Same day service and Steve was great. Asked for a shut off valve to house and Steve helped with our laundry hook ups as well. Very pleasant and professional. Won't go anywhere else when we need something. Thank you for your service.

Won't do quotes. I'm not an hvac professional, I don't know what work is needed which is why I tried calling someone who should know. But they refused to do a quote and would only setup workorders.

Moving on to try and find a company that is helpful.

Absolutely thrilled with this company. Over the past several months I have had them fix a sink that would not drain, change out a bunch of lights/fix wiring in my home, and perform an emergency water heater replacement (young kids and no hot water makes for a tough situation). They have responded quickly and professionally each time. They work efficiently and their work is of the highest standard. Beyond that, every employee has been extremely friendly and respectful. The kids were of course fascinated with the work and they would happily explain what they were doing and chat about the latest sensational kids show. I would recommend this company without hesitation, they've earned my business for many years going forward.

No stars wasn't an option, but that's what I give. Hands down the WORST company I have ever had to deal with. Their technicians made stupid mistakes that led to additional problems, as a result they needed to come back several times for different issues. Their billing was extremely delayed (5 months!), and way over-priced. When I tried to call to talk to someone, it took several calls before someone would actually speak with me. I would never recommend this company to anyone for anything.

Very poor communication and took 5 visits to get it right. We had this company quote our house for the gas install, and discussed throughout the house what would be done. After day one, we were left with a mess of slapped together half finished work with few exceptions. They missed discussed and quoted work, and the excuse was Rob forgot to tell them what they were doing... Missed vibration pads and return duct casing the new furnace to have to be removed completely, missed the plumbing causing it to be completely redone, left sharp lines sticking out the side of the house at eye level, made a mess of our siding, missed the new venting for the furnace, tried to keep the old black PVC and more. A second visit and a install tech that complained about what he had to fix and that he wanted to leave early, and it was up to par on what was originally discussed, even though Rob was supposed to show to review with us and never did. The tech that showed up didn't even know why he was there, and the other team had no idea what was wrong and I was required to walk them through appropriate fixes for the awful install from the first visit. We then found out after the second visit our fireplace needed more parts (this company was already the most expensive quote we received but I trusted the reviews) and decided to tack on more for labour and parts to fix this. It's my opinion that they should have realised what a appliance needed prior to starting and quoted it accordingly. After one canceled appointment and another canceled the day of because they were missing parts, a tech finally showed up and finished the job on the 5th attempt.

And for the hassle, headaches, taking work off to meet them, and taking from February to May to finish the job, they gave us a nice full price bill. Thanks guys, I'll never call you again! Terrible communication (it's like their in different worlds), half the techs don't care one bit about the quality of work, while the other few are fantastic and the only reason this is getting two stars. I'd consider other companies if you care anything about the appearance of the work and the communication of the job. I liked when our siding was used as a rag to clean silicone off their fingers...They didn't even contact me after to say thanks for spending $11,000 with them, to ask if I needed anything or if I have any issues. They just mailed the bill with the extra charges I didn't agree to.

Edit: Fireplace has stopped working, and found out when they installed it years ago, they cut directly through a load bearing exterior stud, put in zero fireblock and have the fireplace vent sitting against plastic, wood, and foam insulation. No wind block was installed either, leading to massive air loss, backdraft of exhaust gasses into the house and a large structural repair.

Fireplace stopped working after 8 months. When it was repaired by a fireplace company we found that the “extra parts needed” for the fireplace Montgomery was supposed to replace were never installed but I was billed for them.

Mike came to my home and fixed my hot water tank quickly and was extremely professional and informative. Couldnt have asked for a better enercare service call. Definitely made a bad situation great! Super friendly service!
