We had a deck that needed replacing last year so we had Monarch come over to take a look and give us a price. We've hired them before and are already getting a price on the next big project - our roof. These guys are honest, hard-working and a pleasure to work with. They never fail to get the job done from start to finish within a reasonable timeframe. This job in particular was tricky because once the old deck came off there was major rot where the deck met the exterior wall of the house. While not welcome news, the fellows were quick to address the problem. With expertise that only years of experience can provide, they were able to do the necessary remedial work and still managed to finish the job within a reasonable price and timeframe. Another smaller but complicating factor is that our deck has no stairs and therefore no access from the outside. While realistically there isn't any way to avoid having to come through the house when doing a job like this, they kept those walk-throughs to a bare minimum and were always very careful and respectful of our hardwood floors and our privacy. We very much appreciated that.
Last but not least, their pricing is competitive and they are huge on customer satisfaction. To them, the job isn't done until you are 100% satisfied. Thank you, Jeremy and Ed. 🙂

Jerry helped us renovate a room including helping us find an affordable way to create a feature wall that turned an ugly wall into the focal part of the room. Great attitude, very flexible, honest, and dependable - I highly recommend them!
