AVOID!!!!!

The building is INFESTED with cockroaches!!!! It also suffers from the worst management, they are slow to fix issues but quick to pat themselves on the back for the bare minimum they do. Hope you like the hold music because that is the response your going to get 95% of the time. Also be aware of the super bright lights they have on the building to the east, they don't turn off and point right into the apartments on that side.

To sum up AVOID!!!!

Biggest take away would be cockroaches! and I mean that literally, when you finally are able to move out of this place you will be taking the cockroaches with you!

I lived here for about 4 years and during that time here are a few things that happened:

- Water leak in the apartment above caused us to have a LARGE hole in our bathroom that staff refused to fix for about 3 months. Only fixed after we threated to do it ourselves and bill them.
- SO MANY COCKROACHES!!! We were infested. and YES we did get sprayed and gelled and whatever else we could do, but when they only do 1 apartment or 1 floor at a time, they just move and then come back.
- There is NO SUPER, so any weekend or afterhours issues, I wish you luck because you wont always get a hold of someone.
- Not as assessable as they say they are. There are no ramps, and only 1 elevator, which you need to ask for a key for, that will take you up a small flight of stairs to the main elevators, and the automatic doors often don't work.
- Staff is often unreachable
- the POOL that is in your contract to use is usually only open for 2 weeks in the summer and from about 11am - 6pm (that's also the hours on week days) with an hour randomly in the middle where it's closed for the lifeguard to have lunch. Also you aren't allowed to have guests at the pool.

Would I recommend this place? Not to a single person.

It’s been a great experience so far, and I have been getting positive comments about the place from my wife and my son love playing around freely without us having fears or falling of a step. Management has been helpful in helping us settle in without any issues and addressing it upon our request. It’s a good place for starting or small families.

Riyaz Nausath was a such a wonderful help, helping my family and I find the right unit for us and is a great communicator. He goes above and beyond to help make tenants feel assured in making the right decisions. Great guy.

Left work early to come view a 2 bedroom apartment for rent after speaking with the rental office last night. Was told no problem just come after 9am, I arrived at 1130am. Unable to reach anyone in the office after calling 4 times. If this is any indication how they communicate with their tenants, I’ll be looking elsewhere. What a circus.

this is a great building kept very clean and hall ways are clean and not much noise other then the regular noise one expects

Wish I could do 0 stars. What a horribly managed property. No one in the office ever answers calls or emails, work orders take months to complete and are not done properly when they are finally completed. Now there’s problems with bugs/cockroaches. Do your self a favour and look elsewhere for housing. Avoid Capreit like the plague.

UPDATE:
They have replied to my review asking for direct feedback. I sent them an email and have had no reply after 3 weeks. What a joke.
