He is a Professional Realtor. He is always responding quickly to my questions and making himself available. He walks through a home with me, whether during the week or on the weekend - even holiday weekends - and sharing his thoughts on pros/cons. He carefully assesses a home's value, keeping in mind market trends, seasonality, and the area, and his team provided me with lots of information about comparable homes upon my request so that I could run the numbers.
