Hello once again Kerry. Now that the deck is finished. We cannot be more happy. When we met I knew you (as we found out) that your work is beyond reproach. It seems you have the same type of employees.
1) The structural build (beams and posts) is way beyond our expectations.
2) The finishing details on the floor boards, railings, stairs, spindles and top plate( railing) are something to be proud of.
3) The professional attitude of Adam and Braydon, their dedication to go beyond the work is awesome. They moved things ( deck paraphernalia) without even asking)
4). Once again, we are overwhelmed with the whole team. I also. It seems you have the same type of employees.
5) The site was well cleaned up with no issues
6) All the people involved (Adam, Brayden, Emma and yes, even you(lol) were awesome to deal with.

We recently had an aluminum front porch fence rail installed — complete with beautiful pillar bookends — by Mjolnir Construction Inc., owned and operated by Kerry Murray out of Ottawa, Canada. This project was one of three contracts we arranged through Home Depot’s contracting services, and Kerry’s stood out from the start.

Kerry reached out immediately after the referral and followed up just days later with an on-site visit. He came prepared with product samples, a clear plan, and a thorough understanding of what we were looking for. Shortly after, we received a well-priced quote that gave us confidence in moving forward.

The work itself was completed on time and to a very high standard. Throughout the process, Kerry maintained excellent communication and displayed a level of professionalism and workmanship. The finished product looks fantastic and adds real curb appeal to our home.

Kerry and his team provided excellent service, taking care of every detail for the fence and were fantastic in dealing with our neighbours as they were building. Both ourselves and our neighbours on both sides are very happy with the quality of the work. In obtaining quotes, Mjolnir was less expensive than others but you wouldn't know it based on the work. We have 2 active huskies and there are zero concerns about them escaping the yard now. Would certainly hire them again, without a second thought...highly recommend.

When we were looking for someone to repair our deck, Kerry was the first to suggest getting an engineer to do an inspection first so we'd have a report to show prospective contractors. His advice and professionalism on that, and his solid advice for the job itself, made us want Mjolnir to do the deck repair.

I've now used Mjolnir Construction for two projects and couldn't be happier. They did a 21'X21' deck last fall (in the snow) and a front porch overlay for me this spring. Replacing rotting columns. They took the time to assess the situation and do the job right. Both the deck and porch are beautiful. Kerry was very helpful with ideas & design, the pricing was reasonable and Adam and crew did a great job with the construction. They left the site clean afterward and followed up to see if I had any questions or concerns.
