Terrible customer service. Terrible communication.
Not a fake review. He knows exactly what this is about. Not to mention on a separate issue, he held on to my broken phone for months and would stop responding when I asked for it back.

Mina is awesome. My kid broke the charger cable while it was plugged into the iPad. I tried my best to get it out, but couldn't. Due to fear of damaging the charging port, I decided to seek help. Although it took 2 days, Mina got it out without any damage. Cost was a mere $25, which I think is very reasonable. Thank you Mina, will definitely go back , highly recommended!

Absolutely incredible service! Laptop crashed over the Christmas holidays and a friend recommended Minas. He was closed for the Christmas holidays so I sent a message to see when I could take it in. Within minutes I received a message to bring it in for a look. Within 24 hours I had my laptop back working fine. Mina was honest & professional he explained what happened and what he did to get it up and running and in a language even I could understand, no geek talk. Pricing was better than competitive. Overall, a five star service and I heartily recommend Mina.

Quick response, was able to get me in as soon as I needed it and had it back to me within 3 days. Great prices, especially considering Apple quoted me over $600 plus a 12 week minimum wait for repair. Got my ipad screen fixed and ready to go for a fraction of the price. Definitely recommended!
