The technician spent over 3.5 hours trying to unclog a sink but was unable to resolve the issue and then said a machine was needed. I was charged nearly $1,000 for work that was not effective. The following day, I noticed water under the sink and called back, but I was charged an additional $204 just for them to check it; when this should reasonably have been considered part of the original job or a follow-up.
Ended up paying around $1200 for it.
